I’d drop a tiny UDT/AOI shim between the module-defined data and your logic: set the EIP data format to SINT arrays, then COP the bytes into a clean tag map so the ‘toaster on’ bit lands where you want — before it flips to bagel mode. If Logix keeps labeling it ‘generic appliance’, re-add as a Generic Ethernet Module with fixed Input/Output sizes to lock the offsets. Want a quick L5X stub you can paste in?
